Gentle Yoga with Pilates Fusion - (Monday & Wednesday 9:00 am)
Gentle Yoga with Pilates Fusion is a low-impact class designed to build strength, improve flexibility and support overall well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.. This class blends mindful yoga movement with core-focused Pilates exercises to help improve balance, posture, mobility and body awareness. Perfect for all levels, including beginners, this fusion class offers a calm yet energizing experience that leave you feeling stronger, more grounded ad refreshed.
HIIT (6 Week Session) - (Wednesday 6:15 pm DROP IN OPTION)
This powerful 6-week series is designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Each one-hour class includes a full-body warm-up, rounds of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a restorative cool-down to support muscle recovery and flexibility. Expect a mix of cardio, strength and endurance training that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
This option is for those who cannot commit to 6 weeks. Please note that pre-registration is required and is not included with any packages.

S.W.E.A.T - (Monday 5:00 pm)
Walk into this class ready to sweat and have fun. This high-energy, HIIT-inspired session will get your heart pumping and your body moving in a continuous flow. With a blend of constant movement and great music, expect to push yourself outside your comfort zone, while always grounding back down and closing in savasana.
Let It Flow (Vinyasa) - (Thursday @ 5:00 pm)
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a smooth, continuous sequence. This all levels class builds strength, flexibility and balance through mindful transitions and purposeful movement. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, options are offered to support and challenge your individual practice. Expect to move, breathe and feel fully present.
Sacred Centre - (Thursday @ 6:30 pm)
Deep core activation with mindful movement and restorative practices to support strength, stability, and healing from the inside out. This class is gentle yet effective, helping you reconnect to your centre, release tension, and build a solid foundation for everyday movement. Perfect for all levels— come home to your core and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and realigned.
Pilates at your Pace - (Tuesday 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am)
Full body workout designed to build strength, improve posture and increase flexibility. Each class focuses on controlled movement, core stability and mindful breathing - helping you feel stronger, more balanced and more energized. Accessible for all fitness levels.
Weekend Warrior - (Saturday 9:30 am)
Weekend Warrior is an energizing full-body class designed to kickstart your weekend with movement, strength, and sweat. Combining cardio, functional fitness, and strength-based exercises, this class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified to meet you where you are. Expect a supportive atmosphere, motivating energy, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on the weekend.
