De-Manic Monday (Monday 5:00 pm)

Start your week with calm instead of chaos. This gentle yoga class blends light stretching and mindful movement to ease away Monday stress. Perfect for beginners, you’ll leave feeling rested, refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Gentle Yoga with Pilates Fusion - (Monday-Friday @ 8:00 am, Monday & Wednesday 9:15 am)

This beginner-friendly class blends gentle yoga postures with light Pilates-inspired movements to support core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Designed for both new and seasoned yogis, this calming and rejuvenating practice encourages you to slow down, connect with your breath, and move with intention. A perfect way to nourish the body and quiet the mind.

Serenity Seekers - (Tuesday @ 7:00 pm)

Experience Ultimate Relaxation: Yoga, Massage, and Aromatherapy;

Step into a serene candlelit space where tranquillity surrounds you. This immersive wellness experience blends gentle yoga practice with soothing massage techniques and the calming aroma of essential oils. Each element works in harmony to release tension, quiet the mind, & restore balance to your body. As the soft glow of candlelight flickers around you, feel yourself unwind, breathe deeply, & sink into a state of complete peace.

Steady & Supported - (Thursday @ 9:30 am)

Steady & Supported is a gentle chair yoga class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance-all while staying grounded. With mindful breath and movement, this class supports joint health, reduces tension, and builds strength in a safe, accessible way. Ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering or seeking a slower, supportive pace.

Let It Flow (Vinyasa) - (Thursday @ 5:00 pm)

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a smooth, continuous sequence. This all levels class builds strength, flexibility and balance through mindful transitions and purposeful movement. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, options are offered to support and challenge your individual practice. Expect to move, breathe and feel fully present.

Sacred Centre - (Thursday @ 6:30 pm)

Deep core activation with mindful movement and restorative practices to support strength, stability, and healing from the inside out. This class is gentle yet effective, helping you reconnect to your centre, release tension, and build a solid foundation for everyday movement. Perfect for all levels— come home to your core and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and realigned.

Sound & Silence - (Every 2nd Friday of the month

Sound & Silence is a calming blend of guided meditation and sound bath. Let soothing tones from crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, quiet the mind, and restore the body. No experience needed-just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

This is a donation based practice benefiting one of the 4 charities we have chosen to support over the next 12 months.

Weekend Warrior - (Saturday @ 8:00 am)

Energize, Stretch, and Breathe;

Kick off your weekend with intention and ease. This class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis/yoginis, offering a balanced blend of gentle stretches, mindful movement, and breath awareness. Awaken your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for a rejuvenating weekend ahead. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply find a moment of stillness, Weekend Warrior is your space to reconnect and recharge.

HIIT (6 Week Session) - (Wednesday @ 5:00 pm and 6:15 pm)

This powerful 6-week series is designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Each one-hour class includes a full-body warm-up, rounds of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a restorative cool-down to support muscle recovery and flexibility. Expect a mix of cardio, strength and endurance training that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

One class per week for 6 weeks, just $70, that's $11.67 per class. All fitness levels welcome!
