Kula Wellness Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kula Wellness, our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where everyone feels comfortable moving, growing, and taking care of themselves.

As a small, community-based wellness studio, our instructors are scheduled and compensated based on registrations. Our classes have limited spaces available, and we appreciate your understanding of the following policies. These guidelines allow us to fairly support our instructors, accommodate waitlisted clients whenever possible, and continue providing quality wellness programming for our community.

Regular Classes

We ask for at least 3 hours’ notice when cancelling a class.

This allows us to offer your space to someone on the waitlist, giving them enough time to adjust their plans and attend. It also helps our instructors prepare for class based on expected attendance.

  • Cancellations made 3 or more hours before the scheduled class time will receive a class credit applied to your Kula Wellness account.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before class, or failure to attend without cancelling, will result in the class being forfeited.

  • Refunds are not provided.

Class Packages

Class packages are available for clients who prefer the flexibility of attending multiple classes over time.

  • Class packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Packages are assigned to the purchaser’s Kula Wellness account and are non-transferable unless approved by Kula Wellness.

  • Unused classes within a package do not qualify for refunds or additional credits.

  • Class packages must be used within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.

Memberships

Memberships provide clients with access to classes at a discounted rate and are designed for those who plan to attend regularly.

  • Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Memberships cannot be paused, extended, or transferred unless approved by Kula Wellness.

  • Missed classes included with a membership cannot be carried forward, exchanged for credits, or refunded.

  • Memberships expire at the end of the purchased membership period unless otherwise stated.

HIIT Series

Our HIIT program is offered as a registered series and is not sold as individual drop-in classes.

Please ensure you are able to attend all scheduled classes before purchasing your registration.

  • Missed classes cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or carried forward.

  • Class credits are not available.

  • Refunds are not provided.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops and special events require advance planning, preparation, and instructor commitments.

  • Registrations are non-refundable.

  • Class credits are not available, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

  • If Kula Wellness cancels a workshop or special event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future offering.

If Kula Wellness Cancels a Class

If Kula Wellness cancels a regularly scheduled class, a class credit will automatically be applied to your account.

If Kula Wellness cancels a workshop, special event, or registered series, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future offering.

Refunds & Class Credits

To summarize:

  • Regular classes cancelled with at least 3 hours’ notice are eligible for a class credit only.

  • Refunds are not provided for regular classes.

  • Class packages and memberships are non-refundable.

  • Unused portions of packages or memberships do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • HIIT series registrations are not eligible for class credits or refunds.

  • Workshops and special events are non-refundable and not eligible for credits, unless cancelled by Kula Wellness.
