As a Registered Dietitian and lifelong health enthusiast, Melissa is passionate about helping women build a positive, sustainable relationship with food. Her approach to nutrition is rooted in simplicity, balance, and connection—focusing not just on what we eat, but how we feel, live, and relate to our bodies.

Living a healthy lifestyle has always come naturally to her. She grew up in a home where wellness wasn’t a trend—it was a way of life. Evenings were spent walking with her family or helping with chores. Some of her earliest and fondest memories are in the kitchen with her grandma, mom, and sisters, preparing homemade meals and treats. That strong family connection and those early experiences continue to shape her philosophy.

Melissa believes that nourishing your body shouldn't feel overwhelming or restrictive. She is here to guide and support women in finding joy in eating well and living mindfully—because when nutrition is simple and sustainable, it becomes a lasting lifestyle.
