Paint Therapy

Join Tina as she teaches us how to relax, kick-back, catch our breath all while we learn how to mix primary colours and master brush techniques to paint a lovely winter theme painting.

All are welcome to participate, no experience necessary.

Ready to finally start your yoga journey?

Join us for this focused, four-week series designed specifically for the complete beginner or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting right here in Cobden.

Over four weeks, you will build confidence from the ground up, learning to move safely and thoughtfully. This is more than just a class—it's a comprehensive foundation that will prepare you to enter any drop-in class feeling calm and capable.

What You Will Master:

  • 🧘 Foundational Poses: Learn the proper alignment for core poses and basic balancing.

  • 🌬️ Breath & Calm: Master simple breathing techniques (Pranayama) to manage stress and deepen your focus.

  • 📚 Yoga Philosophy: We'll explore core concepts like Ahimsa (non-harming) and Santosha (contentment) to help bring peace off the mat.

  • 🧱 Smart Practice: Learn how to properly use props (blocks, straps, blankets) to make any pose accessible to your unique body.

  • ✨ Mindfulness: Each session includes a dedicated relaxation and simple meditation to soothe your nervous system.
